Processing & dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all custom made items between 5-7 working days and items such as clips and charms not part of a custom/handmade order in 1-3 days. This may be longer during busy times.

Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and if tracked delivery has been chosen a tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Costs (England, Scotland & Wales)

Royal Mail 1st Class - £3.05 (1-3 days)

Royal Mail 2nd Class - £1.55 (2-5 days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £3.60 (24 hours / next day)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £2.70 (48 hours / 2 days)

All times are estimated delivery of Royal Mail.

Once dispatched we are not responsible for any delays or stolen parcels, please contact Royal Mail if any issues with delivery occur.

Please note that dispatch and shipping times are not the same e.g. an order with RM Tracked 24 will not be delivered next day from date of ordering (unless it has been dispatched on the same day) please consider our dispatch times in addition to shipping times.
