Can I change a design or colour?

Yes, all tags unless stated as pre-made can all be customised. Pre-designed tags can also be adapted.

Can I have ID information on the tag?

Yes, all tags include full ID information on the reverse. We recommend Last Name, House Number, Post Code and Phone Number to comply with UK law.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to England, Scotland & Wales with hopes to add more locations in the future.

Can I add gift wrap and a message?

Yes, all parcels come nicely packaged so already perfect for a gift. If you would like to add a gift message please leave this as a note.

Can I order a custom design?

Yes, please contact me with any ideas or inspiration and we can discuss a custom order. No copyrighted imaging e.g. Disney or logos.
